Our goal at The Wild Orchid Boutique is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly accept your item(s) within 7 days for store credit only. Please review our full return policy below.
● Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
● All item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items being returned meet the criteria below.
● Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Additionally any items purchased with a discount/coupon code are final sale.
● Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, items purchased with a discount/coupon code, Jewelry & Accessories, Intimates, Bras, Hats, and Health & Beauty items.

● Store credit expires 1 year after it is issued.
● Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. How do I return my merchandise that I purchased online?

3. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. A restocking fee may apply if you return an item past the 7 day return window.
